Evening meals for mom and me are sometimes a surprise, especially during weekdays. But I was feeling pretty good and decided to jazz dinner up a bit.
Pork chops simmered in white wine, a teaspoon of Olive oil and dollops of orange marmalade.
So yummy.
A mess of green, baked sweet potatoes, black-eyed peas and cornbread.
This meal also will be great tonight as leftovers.

Ummmm....I hope you have extra for a hungry southern gal that drooling over your pot of greens. Too bad Texas is so far away.
Congratulations to the winners! Rhonda your meals is great. I had liked to be there and your new Mug Rug is again excellent.
