Some of the ingredients, I'll have to substitute because our local grocery store doesn't stock them but I should be able to find most of them.

I have found olive salad at a local store (surprise) As for the meats, you can use salami, pepperoni and sliced ham(thin) and it is delicious. Be sure to get a nice firm roll to put it on. The chewy bread is part of the total thing.
