If you are a "non-responder or OpenID-er" which to me means I have no way of responding to a comment that you've left, please leave a way for me to get in touch with you, especially if you're participating in a blog give-away or if you are asking for information or links.
By leaving your email within your comment, I can find you. I realize that this is sometimes a scary thing to do with scams and all but if you disguise the email as say.....
me at yahoo dot com
this is the perfect way to hide from the unwanted eye. So please help me out if you are one of the non-responders.
Thank you, in advance.....Ravelly Rhonda!!

They Don't Make Em Like This Anymore

From Ravelly1's Closet

From Ravelly1's Closet
In the very back of my closet, I found this.
My grandma's winter coat. It's a Betty Rose, which was at the time, one of the top of the line name brands. I remember grandma was very proud of this coat. It's very heavy & was great when those blue northers hit.
When she passed away over 60 years ago, it was given to my mom. She gave it to me some years ago and I placed it in my closet. You know how things get pushed back and back and back as we add things to the closet. That's what happened to the coat. I'm so happy I found it and will soon put it in a clothes bag.
Betty Rose Suits and Coats was a company in Kansas City. The label was trademarked in 1926 by the Stern-Slegman Company.

Have you found something precious way in the back of your closet or a drawer? I'd love to hear from you about your find.
Many thanks to everyone who commented on "Lookie What I Found!" I love reading your adventures and stories.
