Five Months?!

Greetings everyone!
I can't believe that it's been five months since I've posted. Let's just say life has really gotten in the way. Let me list the things that have happened:

  1. I'm in the same place but in a new home.
  2. I've lost my mojo for sewing "anything" at this point.
  3. Getting the grounds around the new house have been & remains a slight nightmare.
  4. Church and community have desperately needed my attention.
  5. My mom has fallen ill and is now living with me permanently.
  6. Thanksgiving and Christmas planning and feasting.

Whew!!
I've glossed over some of the things but I am so glad that I'm able to have my mom with me.
A big thanks to Gene for checking up on me. I really appreciate your concern.
Happy Holidays to all!!
I hope to post more in the new year.

So glad to see you back to posting! I totally understand that life gets in the way sometimes - and I want you to know that I think of you often - every time I have a bowl of vanilla ice cream and go looking for some Fritos to put on top - LOL. I hope you and Mr. Cowboy and your Mom had a Very Merry Christmas - ;))

I am just glad to hear you are okay. Enjoy the time with Mom while you can. I have stopped a few of my activities so I can spend time with my Mom. I understand.

Oh my gosh, Rhonda, you have been hit with so many changes, no wonder sewing has gone out the window for the time being! I'm so sorry your mom is ill. Sending good thoughts & vibes your way and hers. I hope things will sort out soon and that 2020 will end up being a much more peaceful year. All the best to you and your family. Please take care of yourself.
