"At the Pond" is the name I've given the mini you're about to see develop.
Isn't this fabric great?? I didn't have a purpose when I bought it but knew that one of these days it would come in handy.
I've started with a mottled cream background & a McKenna Ryan subtlety faded blue green fabric.
Add to that a sandy area with a darker brown to lend foreground depth. Then add fish from a great fabric I've had in my stash for years....laugh out loud!
Got to have a crane to scavenge for fish.
Now for some greenery!
I'm striving for an oval shape on a rectangle background. Not quite there but I'm on the right track.
Perfect & all quilted & bound. This one measures 13" by 14"

I know now what an artist she is, but I'm amazed what beautiful lifelike things they do over again. And so lifelike. I'm really glad to see again Patchwork of them. Well, that they are swept back to. It would have been a shame to see no more Patchwork of them. Congratulations to the new part.
Wish a blessed Sunday
Greeting Guilitta
