Being a retired science teacher, I just had to do a show and tell moment. The first photo shows a little bee doing his/her thing by pollinating the blossom. I was able to get very close because he/she was so busy buzzing around inside there.
The second photo shows the blossom turned under where the squash is developing.
This is one of those WOW moments..... nature is awesome, isn't it!

Rhonda, my bees are not pollinating my squash. Actually I have seen no bees.
Rhonda,
God is Awesome!! I never tire of being in the garden or in the pasture and seeing His handy work!! My vegetables are not as far along as yours, but the bees have been very busy around the trumpet vine. They also water in the trough that is by the garden. When I get my camera back (I left it at my daughter's) I'll take some pics and post them - we can share our garden's progress!!
Blessings,
Doniene
I love the little science moments.
Can science and God co-exist? Certainly - I read once that when scientists finally get to the top of a mountain, they usually find the theologists already there.
It is exciting to see the growth/changes in the plants. Good to see your garden is doing so well.
