If you are a "non-responder or OpenID-er" which to me means I have no way of responding to a comment that you've left, please leave a way for me to get in touch with you, especially if you're participating in a blog give-away or if you are asking for information or links.
By leaving your email within your comment, I can find you. I realize that this is sometimes a scary thing to do with scams and all but if you disguise the email as say.....

this is the perfect way to hide from the unwanted eye. So please help me out if you are one of the non-responders.

Stay At Home Robin

Kate is hosting a "Stay At Home Robin".........what is that?  Well, I'm sure we're all familiar with Round Robins where a group of people make their own center blocks then pass their blocks around to each person who that borders are added. By the time you get your quilt back, you'll have your center with several appropriate borders.
Kate's idea is to do everything yourself but on a very small scale.  If you're interested, pop over to her blog, scan down to July1st to read the instructions and ideas.
This is a great way to use up some of those scraps that keep piling up.

I was in a round robin with Kate - she used a very nice orange when she worked on my round.

My original impulse to comment - I had always called this idea a "nesting robin." Same idea different name.

I want to participate but can't decide between my 2 ideas, so I might try both of them!
