I've started a project that, hopefully, will be finished by Christmas 2010. The book I'm using is
"37 Sweet Santa Appliques by Kari Pearson."
I bought it a long time ago but knew that one day I'd get-rr-done!
Each Santa will have varied colors of red, black, yellow, brown, green & blue.
I haven't decided on a background and thanks to Steam-a-Seam, I have plenty of time
to figure that out.
BTW, I'm only making 12 Santas.
Betsy challenged her blogger friends to get started on Christmas as early as possible. She's started a group list to keep everyone movitated.

Good for you! You are an inspiration to us to get started for next Christmas.
That will be darling!
That looks like a really cute book. I have to check out this Steam-a-Seam that seems to be allowing you to make the appliques and not worry yet about the background???
You are right, we need to start early but........you know...so I am glad that you are encouraging us to do this.
Now *that* is a cute, cute pattern. Are you going to show each block as you do it?
Rhonda those will be so adorable. What an excellent project.
