Recently I posted just a snippet of a wonderful retreat that I attended. The "Alford Inn" located in Van Alstyne, Texas. It's a great place with a wonderful and funny owner, Cindy Alford. There's plenty of sleeping area and a great sewing room which is strategically located next to her quilt shop. BTW, that's Cindy peeking from behind one of her quilt tops. If you'd and some of her girlfriends are looking for a neat get-away, check out Cindy's website.
The pictures are a little peek of what fun we had. There are several great restaurants around town and great old houses to look at.

What cute sleeping quarters (unless you have a heavy snorer in your group....LOL) I'm glad you had such a nice time!
Wow! That room is beautiful... how nice to snuggle under a beautiful handmade quilt!! How did you sleep when you knew there was a quiltshop just next door?!?! ;)
that looks like so much fun Rhonda....:)
I wanted to thank you for the handmade postcard I received a while back, been on vacation and summer has zipped by, but since our other exchange group has kind of went by the wayside I wanted to invite you to join another handmade postcard group....
