Look what's up for grabs.....an apron with a cute cutlery pocket and very long ties. This apron is made from Aunt Grace "ties One On" from the collection of Judie Rothermel for Marcus Brothers Textiles, Inc. I trimmed the edges of the apron in black.
If you've been following my blog, you know that I'm really into aprons these days. It's a fever I've developed. There's a tutorial on our "Wacky" blog for the waist aprons. Anyway, remember the rules. You have to be a follower or become one to enter the drawing and you have to leave a comment on this post to be considered. The drawing will happen May 13th.
Hopefully by then, the rain will have let up enough for me to venture out to the neighbor's so that he can pull a name out of the hat..............(long story....hehehehehehe)!
I don't often recommend books to read but this one is worth it. "The Shack" by Wm. Paul Young is a wonderful book of tragedy, heartache, love and spiritual understanding. Unfortunately that's all I can say because you will need to read it for yourself. I'm sure your local library will have a copy.
I own my copy and loaned it the Patty, one of my wacky friends and she couldn't put it done either.

Well...I know I have one a lovely giveaway of yours a few months back and I don't want to appear greedy, BUT...I do need to enter this one because (and you might be SHOCKED to hear this), I don't have even ONE apron in my home!!! So...I really do need to try to win this, ya know? :)
That apron is adorable! I would LOVE to win it!
I have heard of that book- lots of controversy and stuff. I am gonna have to check it out the next time I go to the library. All the talk is making me curious.
Enter me please.
I want to read that book.
okay...okay...I'm in too, I want to win.. :) looking forward to it!! I am crossing my fingers, toes, and arms..lol...
Love the apron. I really should wear an apron more than I do. Discover too late...oops, shoulda had an apron on 'cuz look at those grease spots!
Our church book club read The Shack last fall and everyone really liked it. It was very thought provoking and gave us plenty to talk about. Our daughter shared her book with a man who lives at the retirement village where she works. He came back in a week and said he had purchased 12 copies to give to friends!!
So you've had a lot of rain too. We've had so much around here so I guess the papers aren't mentioning other areas that are flooded also. Suppose by August we'll be complaining about a drought!!
I've seen this book-now I'm going to have to get it and read it!
What a beautiful apron! I love the Aunt Grace fabric line... I'm going to have to check out your Wacky blog!
Cheers,
Dionne
