Any type of chicken you prefer; one can of Stwed Tomatoes; 1 chopped onion, 1 clove of garlic (optional); one tablespoon of butter or other; several "new potatoes" (small)
Place all ingredients in a large skillet and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through. Serve with noodles or rice and a salad. Yummy

Sorry about the comment overdose!!! My internet was too slow to be bothered doing comments for a week or so! This looks YUMMY! I think I'll have to steal your idea. That's the perfect winter dish... and it's COLD here at the moment. Shall have to make that this week - thanks for the idea! :)
