Smoothie, Yummm!

I have a Ninja blender & have been enjoying smoothies as I'm losing weight. This recipe is quick, healthy & delicious.
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of the lemon
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
One 6oz cup of favorite yogurt
A couple cube of ice
Blend for 30 or so seconds
Enjoy!

Yum. Sounds good I too have a Ninja. Love it. The other night I used frozen strawberries, a banana, almond milk, a tad of honey and cocoa powder. It was so good.

Now THAT is something I would like! I keep thinking about getting one of those Ninja things. This could push me over the edge. =)

Love that Ninja thing, keep saying I need one too. Love how Mr. Cowboy helps you in thought processes too. Have a beautiful day my friend. Hugs, Marie

I love my Ninja and the smoothies both I and my hubby make. When I became ill I lost my hunger and smoothies were the only thing I would eat. Now I just have them because I love them.

;-}

Don't count the days, make the days count!
