Ice Shavings or Not & More

I spent the morning shaving this. What is it, you may ask? 
It's onions I've had to process via a blender thingy. Thank goodness I didn't have to chop 20lbs. of onions. That would have really made me cry.
On a different note....
This little fellow made his bed in the trough filled with hay his mom was munching on. Made me smile

    Yup, I was also wondering what you are going to do with all those ONIONS? You having a HUGE BBQ party? That little calf is so darned cute. I'd be outside all the time with little farm babies everywhere.

    Are you preserving the onions in some way? Or making a REALLY big pot of Cowboy chili? =) That calf is so cute. I guess they all are, aren't they?
