It's August 2nd and the temperature here in central-ish Texas is 66 degrees. That's forty degrees below the normal temp for August. OMG.......I'm doing a happy dance with all this cooler weather.

I just heard this week about how many places have experienced record lows for the month of July. Amazing!
ReplyDeleteI am with you girl. We woke up to high 50's this morning, the coolest it has been in a while.It has warmed up some, but not a lot. It sure beats the high 90's we have been having.

ReplyDeleteRhonda you better enjoy that cool weather girl. It will be hot, hot, And even hotter again soon. It is too hot & humid here to go outdoors even at 7 am in the morning.

ReplyDeleteWe are having record lows here in the south as well...it has been cool and in the 50's where we are normally in the high 90's to 100's...seems like the weather is crazy for most these days...but I am not complaining though, as I prefer having the cool over the hot mugginess of the south.
ReplyDeleteWe have had an unusually mild summer also. We have only had 2 90 degree days this summer for SE Wisconsin. I am a little disappointed because I figure if it is cold and freezing in the winter then dang-it it had better be hot and steamy in the summer!
