You didn't bore me! I love those old cars. Reminds me of my childhood. In fact, I drove a Lincoln like that one for awhile. My sister had one she didn't use, and let me borrow it, suicide doors and all. Of course, this was in 1979. It was sooo comfortable to ride in, and was very smooth. Of course, it got 5 miles to the gallon going downhill in a tailwind, but it was fun...lol
Super cool old cars. Yesterday when we were going through town 5 old restored cars went through the intersection. we figured they were all headed to a car show
More photos!! :-) My husband drive a Boss Mach II and is rebuilding a 1964 Galaxie like the one above. I have a 1963 Ford truck. I only drive a 2001 Volvo because my husband wants me to drive a safe car (read seatbelts with shoulder straps and accordion frame) because I drive for my job. Thanks for the walk through the lovely cars.
Some of my dates were those cars, too!! We love old cars. Just sold a 1964 pick up and a 1972 Lincoln Continental with a moon roof. Husband is tooling around now in a 1929 T Bucket Roadster --- LIME GREEN!!!!
Who's bored? I loved seeing the photos. I think vintage cars are a lot more macho than the ones they are producing now, if you ask me. It's such a shame they stopped designing them like that. I think the Impala is my favorite, though. Hahaha! Thanks for sharing that with us, Rhonda! All the best to you! :)
