That's ice on the trees and it's 28 degrees.... for central Texas that's cold, better known as hog killing weather.

Here, just north of Toronto, Ontario it's -1C ... 30F ... all of our snow melted a few days ago but we're back to the cold weather, and I'm sure the snow will be replenished (blech) soon!
