Can you believe the size of these carrots? Look at them compared to the teaspoon. Cousin Clark brought a batch to me the other day. I had to scramble to get them peeled, chopped & into the freezer.
They will be great in stews during the winter!!

Those carrots are gorgeous. They will indeed be wonderful in winter stews.
ReplyDeleteI also love candied carrots. My son and his 3 year old daughter live with me. My son loves them and tries to get the little one to eat them by telling her they are candy. He hasn't quite convinced her yet. He does encourage her to try whatever we have and does not fix her anything special. He just FULL PERMANENT custody of her last week and we are pinching ourselves to be sure it's true! Enjoy your carrots!
