Flying Eagle

Here's what's on my design wall today.....
I'm working on a new project. This eagle will appear at the top of the quilt. I had a great time looking though my stash and choosing fabrics to use. As usual I used Steam-a-Seam for the fabric adhesive. I plan on blanket stitching around all the parts this afternoon.

    Your eagle is fabulous. I know the feathers are so tricky to applique, no matter how one does it.
