I live in a little community in central Texas where cows, horses, wild hogs, deer and all sorts of critters roam the land. When I first saw this blog hop I immediately signed up with no real idea in mind. As it always happens, life got in the way and I thought I'd have to pull out of the and even said as much to our wonderful cheerleader Thearica. But just this week I was able to pull something off.

ReplyDeleteI love that cow bow..what a great idea. We too live way in the country. We do not have cows or horses but I do have a cowboy that works for his neighbor, which owns over 1000 acres with lots of horses. He loves it. He looks similar to the cowboy in your flag. I love it!

What a great design, Rhonda. Your flag really stands out from all the cuteness. I love bright and was enjoying all the happy colors, but this is so real and looks just rugged and right at home on your ranch. Thanks for sharing and for the chance to win ... :) Pat

ReplyDeletelove the cowboy....thanks for the giveaway....
ReplyDeleteVERY handsome cowboy indeed!!! Fantasy cowboys are great but you have a real live cowboy, which is awesome! I live in Wisconsin, we have cows but no cowboys :( We call ours farmers.
ReplyDeleteThe stark black and white really emphasized the dramatic figure. And the fence is great; adds the right touch. Don't tell, but I was always secretly in love with the Marlboro man (men). You're probably too young to remember them, and, in any event, all or most have died of lung cancer.
ReplyDeleteExcellent!!!! I love it and it is a perfect flag for you.
ReplyDeleteYour cowboy is so awesome as a silhouette and it looks great with that lettering. This is a really beautiful flag...nice job!
ReplyDeleteI'm SEW glad you didn't pull out. This flag is really superb and so appropriate for your farm or do you call it a ranch?!! I also live on a farm but I'm in Alabama. The cowboy silhouette is very well done...looks like the Marlboro Man.
