What beautiful, traditional, quilts! They must mean so much to you. I love vintage quilts, but sadly I don't own any. I wish I had quilts handed down to me through the generations, but I am self taught, nobody else in my family sews.
ReplyDeleteThose two quilts are gorgeous; how lucky you are to have them! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteAwesome quilts Rhonda!
ReplyDeleteI love old quilts! Your story reminded me of my grandmother's quilts. I'll have to inquire as to what happened to them when she passed away years ago.
ReplyDeleteThey are truly beautiful and how nice that the person who owns them ( you ) are treasuring them as they deserve. Gorgeous !
ReplyDeleteI love your history and stories! What beautiful quilts!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking of joining the wacky pac, but unsure if I "qualify"? LOL
