Get-Her-Done Weekend

What a great time we had at the "deer camp" this past weekend. It was one of those times when we needed to get away from our lives and "live" a little WACKY! Of course we got alot done but mostly it was girl time with lots of laughter, sharing ideas and math skills........private joke. I always feel like I've had a healing balm after a Sew-In with the girls.
The heart quilt was one that I started several years ago and never got around to binding it, so it was about time I got that done, as well.
"Christmas, Texas Style" was another quilt we put together this past weekend. The WP (WackyPak) had make blocks from fabric that Molly close using a Texas and Christmas theme. This quilt was alot of fun along with some serious math thrown in.

  3. I love the heart quilt. Is it a colour wash quilt?. Can you remember where you got the pattern from. My mom is a preacher and she would love a quilt like that
