By leaving your email within your comment, I can find you. I realize that this is sometimes a scary thing to do with scams and all but if you disguise the email as say.....

this is the perfect way to hide from the unwanted eye. So please help me out if you are one of the non-responders.
Thank you, in advance.....Ravelly Rhonda!!

Butterflies & Fans

It's been awhile since I've made any round quilt, so when I was looking thru my quilt photos it got me thinking about making another.

Here's the book I used by Cheryl Phillips. There are several great projects to choose from even a tree skirt with prairie points.
Then I ran across a few grandmother's fans quilts. I remember most of those fabrics and probably have some in the old stash!!
I had a couple of templates to make the fans but I can't seem to find them anymore. I must have thrown them out during one of my cleaning sprees.
I got really creative with this grandmother's fan design. That was a queen sized quilt, the first big quilt I'd managed.
Thanks for traveling down memory lane with me. Take care and have a great rest of the week!!

(((GRIN))) I have to be careful about looking at old photos or I can be swept into too many projects.

Looking through old photos is like going back through your blog - fun to see projects once again, but it does end up sometimes sparking new ideas.
