Sneak Peek

As usual, I've started a new project that's due in February. Here's one almost complete block that has no background at the moment. A Herford bull. This one reminds me of one my granddad owned back in the early sixties. We named him Curly. Funny what one remembers on any given day.

Ah those memories, they do come seemingly from out of the blue.

Great bull! It is amazing how a picture, music or an aroma can transport us way back in time!

I am not a farm girl. Born in Chicago and married to a man raised in a rural area and worked on a farm when he was young. I LOVE Herford cows. You stiched a great bull. I can't wait to see what you will do with him!!

Oh, this is going to be a great project! I love the name Curly for a bull. =) I have noticed that about memory, too. Some days there's a lot, and some of it long forgotten, and other days it's something totally different.

;-}

Don't count the days, make the days count!
