Reminder

If you are a "non-responder or OpenID-er" which to me means I have no way of responding to a comment that you've left, please leave a way for me to get in touch with you, especially if you're participating in a blog give-away or if you are asking for information or links.
By leaving your email within your comment, I can find you. I realize that this is sometimes a scary thing to do with scams and all but if you disguise the email as say.....
me at yahoo dot com
this is the perfect way to hide from the unwanted eye. So please help me out if you are one of the non-responders.
Thank you, in advance.....Ravelly Rhonda!!

Fun With Adhesive

Using my favorite adhesive, Steam-a-Seam 2 Lite (or any of the other Steam-a-Seams), I played around with some of my old designs just to keep on my toes. With the holidays so close it's hard to get in much sewing so this is a great substitute.

Hand Embroidery BOW #5 & Retreat Photos

A rose is the 5th block of my hand embroidery series and the pattern is free. Just click on
the ROSE to get the pattern and enjoy!

I went on Retreat this past weekend with my "wacky" girlfriends and of course, had a blast.
We laughed, ate, did our Bible studies and sewed a bunch.  Here's just a bit of what was accomplished.
Annie's scrappy quilt top made from 2 1/2 inch squares from a previous exchange.
Kathleen's baby quilt for a little boy. I know you can't see the great fabrics of all types of balls.

Kathy's quilts. The first are blocks of a challenge some of us are involved in. The second is a sweet baby quilt for a girl.
Molly's quilt project is really amazing. She was working from some Burgoyne Surrounded blocks, 6 inch blocks and a star center.
I spent my time stitching around another set of Outhouse blocks and all 24 of my Teapot blocks (not pictured).

Two Little Princesses & A November Give-away

WOW! Here are my two little princesses in their colorful dresses and bare feet.
I love this photo. Boy, have they grown.

Announcement!!!!!!!

I was working on another project with these same fabrics when I decided to use them for another
Mug Rug.
This was fun and fast to get done.  It's my November give away.
It measures roughly 7 1/2 inches square.
Just leave a comment stating your intentions and  you'll be "in the hat" so to speak.
I'll do a random picker thingy in a few days and this  turkey will be on its way very soon!

;-}

Don't count the days, make the days count!
