Bugged Out - Part 2A and Carrot Recipe

Well, as you can see, I haven't gotten very far.  Mom's minimal back surgery went well and I've been watching over her so very little time for sewing these days.
I did get to stitch around two critters.  I used stitches that looked prickly and generally would make your skin crawl...... LOL.... I know, what am I thinking.

Fresh Carrot Recipe
If you love carrots then this is a great recipe for you.

6 to 8 medium fresh carrots diced
1 Tablespoon maple syrup or your favorite syrup
1 Tablespoon butter/margarine/your bland
salt/pepper to taste
1/4 cup water

In a sauce pan, place diced carrots, water and all over ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.  Cool until carrots are fairly tender.  Serves 4

Wish I could send you some pictures of the awful grasshoppers that grow here in florida. They are yellow and blue and scare the dickens out of me. Your embroidery looks so good I had to click on it to see if it was made by your embroidery machine.
