A few retreats ago, I made this quilt for my good friend, Carol F. She had been watching me work on the blocks and asked me who I was making it for. My response was ........ nobody, it was just something that was in my head that needed to come out........LOL........If you're wondering where you've seen this design, it's on my sidebar and it's my design......well most of it. Since the quilt is a queen to king size, I did use some block patterns from other designers. The quilt just seemed to grow & grow & grow.
Carol was very happy to walk away with the quilt top at the end of the retreat and I was very glad to finish it before leaving......it was a goal that I committed myself to.......when under pressure, I can actually perform.........LOL....I don't know who machined quilted it but didn't she do a fantastic job? All Carol has to do is bind it and put it on her bed. Hooray for Carol!
