This is a wonderful recipe and fast.
5 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
Boil until tender in large pot of water. Drain and add 2 large cans of pet milk; 3 tablespoons of butter or whatever butter substitute you like; Salt/Pepper to taste; and 2 packages of Potato Toppers ( usually found in the produce section).
Serve immediately or the next day or the next. It gets better with age. LOL
